Group Therapy for women (18+) impacted by PMOS and Endometriosis. You deserve support that recognizes the emotional impact of living with PMOS and Endometriosis—not just the physical symptoms.

Living with chronic pain, hormonal fluctuations, fertility concerns, medical uncertainty, and the daily challenges that often accompany these conditions can feel overwhelming and isolating. Many women find themselves struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, grief, or feeling misunderstood by those around them.

This therapeutic support group offers a compassionate space to connect with others who truly understand while learning practical tools to support your emotional well-being.

  • This group may be a good fit if you:

    • Have been diagnosed with PMOS or Endometriosis

    • Experience chronic pain, fatigue, or ongoing health-related stress

    • Feel isolated or misunderstood in your experience

    • Struggle with anxiety, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm

    • Want to connect with others who understand what you're going through

    • Are looking for practical coping tools and emotional support

  • This group integrates principles from:

    • Compassion-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

    • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

    • Mind-Body and Somatic Approaches

    • Psychoeducation

    • Group Support and Shared Healing

    Participants will gain practical skills while also benefiting from the healing power of community and connection.

    Format: Online Group Therapy via Zoom

    Group Size: 8–10 participants

    Duration: 8-week program

    Session Length: 1.5 hrs
