Are fees covered by health insurance?
Please check with your provider first to ensure Registered Psychotherapists are covered by your insurance in Ontario. Currently, we do not offer direct billing as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), however, you will be provided with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement by your insurance provider.
Do you offer sliding scale fees?
We do not currently offer sliding scale fees at this time.
How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?
To determine if I am the right therapist for you, I recommend booking a 20 minute consultation call or video session to meet with me to discuss your mental health goals and to see if you feel like we are a good fit.
What are your fees and how long are sessions?
Individual therapy sessions for online or in-person are $175 and run for 50-minutes.
Do I need a referral to book a session?
No, you do not need a referral to book your first session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full session fee.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes we offer in-person sessions on Fridays (last booking time starts at 3pm) in downtown Whitby, Ontario.
What are your hours of availability?
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10am - 7pm (online/phone)
Wednesday: 10am- 6:30pm (online/phone)
Thursday: Closed
Friday: 9am-4pm (in-person, online, or phone call in Whitby, ON)
