Philosophy
Bloom Rising Psychotherapy welcomes you with warmth, respect, and belief in your strength. We honour each person’s worth, resilience, and lived experience. Our compassionate, evidence-informed care supports children (10+), teens, and adults across Ontario in a way that’s accessible, culturally responsive, and neuroaffirming. We recognize and value diverse ways of thinking, learning, and communicating.
We strongly believe healing grows from empathy, safety, and useful, practical tools. We work together in a truly collaborative way: you and your therapist set meaningful goals, track progress, and choose approaches that fit your individual needs, culture, values, and neurodiversity. We also celebrate the unique skills and strengths you bring — these are central to healing and to reclaiming and re-writing your story with hope and agency.
Meet Olivia Krysinski

She believes every individual has the ability to re-write their story to pursue a life they want and deserve. Olivia offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, identify strengths, bring new perspectives, and foster self-authenticity. Recognizing that the therapeutic journey is unique for each person, Olivia will develop a personalized treatment plan for you that promotes change, healing, and self-awareness to reach your mental health goals.
Olivia brings many years of experience supporting neurodiverse populations and young adults in post-secondary settings, addressing concerns related to anxiety, ADHD, Autism, self-worth, stress/burnout (career & academic), relationship challenges, and life transitions.
